Here are some of my favorites:

"The drop is always moving" is a feature, not a bug.

"Thanks for volunteering!" (standard response after someone says "I wish Drupal...")

"Welcome to the documentation team!" (said mostly by me after adding people when they complain about something with the docs... though this is deprecated now that everyone can edit handbook pages.)

"An illegal choice has been detected. Please contact the site administrator." (if you've ever been bitten by this, you'll be ripping your hair out about now...but it works as an 8-ball response. ;))
